Position Overview The Landing School is seeking an innovative and skilled Composite Boat Building Instructor to lead the next chapter of our renowned Composites Program. In addition to teaching, the instructor will have an opportunity to revamp and modernize a program that prepares students to work confidently with composite materials across a wide range of applications, particularly in boat building, restoration, and repair.  Our 9-month hands-on program that allows for deep, project-based learning and close mentorship between faculty and students. The ideal candidate brings both technical mastery and creative energy to modernize curriculum, integrate emerging technologies, and connect traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge industry standards.
